Easy Air Fryer Shamrock Toasted Ravioli

Ingredients
- 1 package fresh or frozen (shamrock) ravioli
- 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 2-3 drops natural green food coloring
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp water
- Fresh fruit optional for lunchbox
- preferred sweet treat optional for lunchbox
Instructions
- Make green bread crumbs; place 1 cup panko or homemade breadcrumbs in a blender along with a few drops of green food coloring. Pulse into color is mixed through.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook ravioli for 3 minutes; drain and remove onto a plate.
- Set aside two dishes; in one dish combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, oregano, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. In the other dish mix egg and 1 tsp water.
- Dip ravioli into the breadcrumbs mixture then into the egg and then back into the breadcrumbs. Place on air fryer basket and lightly spray with avocado oil.
- Air fry at 370 degrees for 4 mins, flip and repeat on the other side. Serve with marinara sauce, if desired.
- Serve with fresh fruit and preferred sweet treat for complete lunchbox, optional.
