Easy And Healthy Banana Rhubarb Muffins

Easy And Healthy Banana Rhubarb Muffins blend ripe bananas, tangy diced rhubarb, and moist Greek yogurt to create tender, slightly tangy muffins. The mixture of baking powder and soda ensures a light texture, while the natural sweetness of bananas balances the tartness of rhubarb. These muffins bake to a golden top with a soft crumb inside and are suitable for breakfast or snack times. Their moist texture also makes them good candidates for freezing and reheating.
