Ingredients

  • 2 oz caramel vodka smirnoff or Apple Rum
  • 1 oz apple cider simple syrup
  • 3 oz sparkling water
  • 4-5 mint leaves
  • apple cider simple syrup
  • 2 slices apple
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 oz apple cider

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Prepare simple syrup.
  2. Add all of the ingredients listed under apple cider simple syrup to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and let simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add mint leaves to the bottom  of a glass.
  6. Pour 1 oz of simple syrup and muddle for 5-10 seconds to release flavor.
  7. Add ice to the glass
  8. Add vodka and sparkling water and stir to mix.
  9. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and mint leaves.
  10. Enjoy!
