Ingredients

  • 1 bottle 750 ml dry white wine (or champagne)
  • 2 cups fresh apple cider
  • ½ cup cognac
  • Optional Garnishes: thinly sliced apples cinnamon sticks, ice

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher or drink dispenser, mix together the wine, apple cider, and cognac. This mixture can be made up to 2 hours ahead of time and chilled (unless you're using champagne; in that case, add the champagne just before serving.)
  2. Serve chilled apple sangria with garnishes as desired.
