A quick and easy Asian salad dressing for a slaw

Ingredients
- 3 cups cabbage finely shredded
- 1 cup mint leaf roughly chopped optional, fresh
- 1/4 cup spring onion finely sliced
- 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp honey runny
- 1 tsp soybeans
- 1/2 tsp dried chili flakes
Instructions
- Mix all the salad ingredients together until emulsified
- Toss the salad dressing with the sliced slaw vegetables and serve immediately.

- The dressing can be made in advance and the salad dressed just before serving.
