Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese grated
  • 1 cup bacon bits fully-cooked
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Cooking oil spray

Instructions

  1. Gather all the ingredients for the recipe.
  2. Crack the eggs into a large bowl and season them with salt. Add in the heavy whipping cream and whisk to combine.
  3. Stir in the bacon and cheese into the egg mixture.
