Easy Bacon Raspberry Cheese Bites
Delicious super simple phyllo cups packed with creamy brie, sharp raspberry and salty bacon.

Ingredients
- 1.9 ounce package phyllo cups
- 8 ounces brie or camembert cheese
- ⅓ cup raspberry preserves
- 4 lices cooked bacon finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
- Remove the cups from the package and arrange them on a small baking sheet.
- Remove the rind of the cheese and divide into 15 even pieces and place one in each of the cups.
- Add 1 teaspoon of raspberry preserves to each of the cups.
- Top each cup with crumbled bacon and bake for 5 to 7 minutes until the cheese has melted.
- Enjoy warm or at room temperature.

Notes
- Phyllo cups are found in the freezer section near the phyllo dough. You can bake from frozen, they are very thin so no need to thaw before using.
- Brie is a more crowd-pleasing cheese option since camembert can have a fairly rustic and acquired flavor.
