Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs asparagus with the ends snapped off
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper fresh ground
- 6 lices Bacon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 9x13 baking pan with aluminum foil and set aside.
- Add the asparagus to a large bowl and drizzle the olive oil, salt and pepper over the asparagus and toss to coat.
- Divide the asparagus into 6 bunches then wrap each bunch in a slice of bacon.
- Place them evenly on the pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked through and the asparagus has cooked down then serve.
