Easy Baked Chicken Leg Quarters Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken leg quarters
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.
  2. Pat chicken legs dry with paper towels and lightly brush with olive oil.
  3. Generously season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  4. Place chicken on the baking sheet, skin side down.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, flip, and bake for another 15 to 25 minutes. The chicken is ready when the internal temperature reads 165F on an instant-read thermometer. Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
