Ingredients
- 4 chicken leg quarters
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.
- Pat chicken legs dry with paper towels and lightly brush with olive oil.
- Generously season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Place chicken on the baking sheet, skin side down.
- Bake for 15 minutes, flip, and bake for another 15 to 25 minutes. The chicken is ready when the internal temperature reads 165F on an instant-read thermometer. Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
