Ingredients

  • 6 tilapia filets
  • 3 tsp lemon pepper seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Line baking sheet or casserole dish with foil.
  3. Spray with non stick spray.
  4. Add Tilapia and top with seasonings (approximately 1/2 tsp per tilapia filet).
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes with a fork.
