Easy Baked Tofu

Ingredients
- 1 16 oz tofu package, firm or extra firm
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce tamari or Bragg’s liquid aminos, gluten free, low sodium
- 2 tablespoon honey agave or maple syrup can be subbed for vegan
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- cayenne pepper couple dashes, or crushed red pepper
- olive oil spray form
- green onions chopped, for serving, aka scallions
Notes
- Serve over rice, with mixed vegetables, with stir fry...the options are endless!
