Easy Baked Tofu

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz tofu package, firm or extra firm
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce tamari or Bragg’s liquid aminos, gluten free, low sodium
  • 2 tablespoon honey agave or maple syrup can be subbed for vegan
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • cayenne pepper couple dashes, or crushed red pepper
  • olive oil spray form
  • green onions chopped, for serving, aka scallions

Notes

  • Serve over rice, with mixed vegetables, with stir fry...the options are endless!
