Easy Banana Bread (No Mixer!)
This banana bread combines ripe bananas, melted butter, and sour cream for a moist and tender loaf. The batter comes together without a mixer, simply whisked by hand, making it an accessible recipe. The bread bakes until a toothpick inserted in the center is clean, resulting in a lightly golden crust and a soft crumb inside. Its subtle sweetness and vanilla notes make it suitable for breakfast or a snack.
