Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh basil washed and dried
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  1. Place the basil leaves in a small food processor.
  2. Add in olive oil, salt and peppers.
  3. Blend for some seconds until well combined and smooth.
  4. Taste and add more salt and pepper if needed.
