Ingredients
- 1 can 15oz black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can 15oz corn, drained and rinsed
- ? cup red onion chopped
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- 2 limes juiced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the black beans, corn, red onion, red pepper, and cilantro. Mix and set aside.
- Whisk lime juice, olive oil, dried oregano, smoked paprika, and garlic salt.
- Pour liquid mixture over salsa. Mix thoroughly.
- Add additional garlic salt and lime juice to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
