Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 medium banana quartered
  • ⅓ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup oats use GF oats, if desired
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • 1 tablespoons hemp seeds
