Easy BLT Dip
If you love BLT sandwiches as much as I do, then you'll be a big fan of this super Easy BLT Dip. Perfect for any get-together, BLT Dip is made with only 8 ingredients: bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, garlic, and ranch seasoning.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup iceberg lettuce shredded
- 1 Roma tomato diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 6 lices Bacon cooked and crumbled
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder together with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in about half the crumbled bacon.
- Spread the dip on the bottom of a serving bowl or platter.
- Sprinkle the lettuce over the dip or arrange around the edges of the bowl.
- Next, add the diced tomatoes.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the tomato layer.
- Finally, add the remaining crumbled bacon.
- Serve with chips for dipping.
