Easy Bread Maker Pizza Crust

Balanced, flavorful, and enjoyable—this recipe has it all.

Servings: 1 large pizza, or four mini pizzas

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup water I get it fairly warm at the tap - not too hot though!, warm
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp white sugar
  • 1 active dry yeast pkg

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the ingredients to the breadmaker pan in the order stated above; create a shallow well for the yeast
  2. Set the bread maker to "Dough" setting
  3. Remove the dough and roll it out on a floured surface - makes one large pizza or approximately 4-5 mini pizzas
  4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  5. Place pizza on parchment lined pan
  6. Bake for 5-7 minutes until just starting to brown
  7. Remove and let cool for 5 minutes
  8. Top with desired toppings; put back in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is beginning to crisp and brown. If desired, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
