Easy Bread Maker Pizza Crust

Servings: 1 large pizza, or four mini pizzas

Ingredients
- ¾ cup warm water I get it fairly warm at the tap - not too hot though!
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp white sugar
- 1 pkg active yeast powder
Instructions
- Add the ingredients to the breadmaker pan in the order stated above; create a shallow well for the yeast
- Set the bread maker to "Dough" setting
- Remove the dough and roll it out on a floured surface - makes one large pizza or approximately 4-5 mini pizzas
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Place pizza on parchment lined pan
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until just starting to brown
- Remove and let cool for 5 minutes
- Top with desired toppings; put back in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is beginning to crisp and brown. If desired, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
