Easy veggie burger bowl for a quick and satisfying meal for busy evenings!
Ingredients
- 1 veggie burger Latin Grill brand BUBBA Burger
- 2 cups lettuce
- avocado slices
- tomato slices
- onion grilled
- cucumber slices
- radish slices
- pepper
- cheese
- cilantro dressing
Instructions
- Lightly grease a grill or skillet and cook BUBBA burger for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Add 2 cups of lettuce to a bowl. Add prepared burger with your favorite toppings.
- Top with creamy cilantro dressing
