Ingredients
- 6 oz chicken flavored stuffing *1 box
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 zucchini, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 lb chicken breasts, boneless, cooked/chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup *10.75 oz
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Combine the melted butter and stuffing package together in a medum bowl.
- Scoop 1/2 cup of stuffing mixture out of bowl and set aside. This will be the topping used later.
- In same bowl as remaining stuffing mixture, add in the zucchini, onion, cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream.
- Spread mixture into a greased 9x13 baking pan.
- Sprinkle reserved 1/2 cup stuffing on top evenly.
- Place pan in preheated oven, 350 degrees, and bake about 45 minutes.
- Remove and serve!
