Mayo gets the flavor overhaul it so desperately needs thanks to the bold flavors of chipotle en adobo peppers, roasted garlic, and fresh-squeezed lemon.

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayo I used Kraft's Olive Oil Mayo
- 1 head roasted garlic
- 2 tablespoons sauce from chipotle en adobo peppers
- 1 tablespoon fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- salt and pepper (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor, and process until combined.
- Taste, and add a few dashes of salt and pepper (if you'd like).
