Easy Chipotle Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce canned
  • 1 tablespoon adobo sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt or Full Fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  • kosher salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and puree until smooth, about 2-3 minutes, or until the mixture is fully combined and creamy.
  2. Pour into a jar and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
  3. Enjoy on salads, as a dipping sauce, or even as a meat marinade.
