Fondue
- 6 ounces chocolate chips or chopped chocolate semi-sweet, milk, dark chocolate are all options
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream more can be used if a thinner consistency is desired
Instructions
- Place chocolate and whipping cream in small microwaveable bowl.
- Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes, or until chocolate is completely melted, stirring well after each minute.
- Serve warm with chocolate fondue dippers.

Notes
- Mixing more than one type of chocolate yields a great flavor.
- If a thinner consistency is desired, add more heavy whipping cream - starting with one additional tablespoon and increasing as desired.
