Easy Citrus Glazed Baked Ham

A delicious and impressive citrus glazed baked ham that requires only 10 minutes of prep. This glorious ham is perfect for a holiday or a weekend family meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 sliced hickory-Smoked Boneless Ham about 2.5 – 3 lbs.
  • ¾ cup orange marmalade
  • Zest and juice from 1 orange about 2 ounces, plus 1 additional orange
  • Juice from 1 lemon 1 ounce
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 3-4 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Place ham in a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine marmalade, zest, orange juice, lemon juice, mustard, sugar, and cloves. Spread about half of the mixture on top of the ham. Reserve the remaining glaze.
  4. Tuck rosemary sprigs around ham. Slice second orange into wedges and tuck wedges alongside ham.
  5. Cover ham and bake for about 25 minutes.
  6. Uncover ham, spread remaining glaze over top, and bake (uncovered) for an additional 20-30 minutes. Do not overcook.
  7. Before serving, rest the meat for 10-15 minutes, remove rosemary sprigs and orange slices. Spoon remaining glaze from the pan over individual ham slices for serving, if desired.

Notes

  • Choose good quality meat for best results
  • You can prep the ham in advance and keep it in the fridge
  • Leftovers can be used in salads, stir frys or to fill sandwiches
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze in small portions
