Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 15 ounces whole kernel corn drained, canned
  • 15 ounces canned creamed corn , not drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter melted, unsalted

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Butter or spray an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  3. Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined.
  4. Add to the baking pan and bake for 45-55 minutes.
  5. The top should be puffy and slightly browned.
