Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel corn 15 oz drained
  • 2 cans cream style corn 15 oz each
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup butter melted and cooled
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup milk whole or 2%
  • 4 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Spray a 9X13 baking pan with a non stick cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs.  Then add in the butter, sugar and milk.  Then whisk in the cornstarch and salt.
  4. Stir in both types of the corn until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking pan.
  6. Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until the top is golden brown and casserole is set.
