Easy Corned Beef Hash Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cans corned beef hash
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
  2. In a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add oil. Once hot, add canned corned beef hash, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir fry and cook for about 2 minutes.
  4. Crack eggs on top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven. Serve and enjoy!
