Easy Cracker Candy Recipe

Ingredients

  • 25-30 thin wheat crackers or something similar
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt large granules

Instructions

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the chocolate chips in 20 second intervals, stirring after each one, until almost melted.
  2. Once most chips are melted but there are still chunks of chocolate left, remove from microwave and stir until totally melted.
  3. Dip cracker halfway, tapping off excess chocolate.
  4. Place on parchment (waxed paper works too) lined baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt.
  6. Place in refrigerator to set, about 5 minutes.
