Easy Crostini Bar (Perfect for Parties!)

This DIY Crostini Bar is perfect for your next party - just slice some bread, lay out some toppings, and let everyone make their own appetizers!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz baguette or store bought crostini breads
  • olive oil for brushing the crostinis
Toppings (pick your favorites!)
  • hummus or white bean spread
  • roasted veggies such as brussels sprouts, tomatoes, or a seasonal medley
  • vegetables such as green onions, radishes, or cucumbers, sliced raw
  • fresh herbs chopped
  • jam sweet or savory, or chutney
  • Fruit fresh or dried
  • cheese crumbled goat cheese, grated parmesan
  • nuts almonds, pine nuts, candied nuts
  • roasted red peppers sliced
  • pickled vegetables
  • olive tapenade
  • pesto
  • honey or maple syrup
  • balsamic glaze

Instructions

Make the Crostini Toasts

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice a baguette into ½" slices. Arrange slices on the baking sheet and lightly brush each side with olive oil. Bake for 10-15 minutes, flipping them over halfway, until toasted and golden brown.
Assemble Crostini Bar
  1. Arrange the toasted bread slices and your favorite toppings on a large cutting board, and serve!
