Ingredients
- 2 cups cucumber chopped into a fine dice
- ½ cup red onion finely diced
- 1 tablespoon Tajin seasoning
- ¾ tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1-2 dashes Tabasco hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Stir until combined, then let sit for 15-20 minutes. .
- Strain excess liquid off.*
- Eat! I think this quick cucumber salsa tastes great freshly made.
