Ingredients

  • 1 1 (11-ounce) package caramels unwrapped
  • 2 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 2 cups chocolate chips dark, milk, or semisweet
  • 2 2 cups white melting chips
  • 3 3 medium Granny Smith apples cut into wedges
  • 24 24 large marshmallows
  • 12 12 Oreos
  • 1/2 1/2 cup pretzels broken into pieces
  • 1/2 1/2 cup pistachios roughly chopped
  • 1/2 1/2 cup Mini M&Ms

Instructions

  1. Add caramels and milk to a microwave safe bowl. Heat at 50% power for 1 1/2 minutes, stir, and then heat at 30 second intervals until smooth. 
  2. Add chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl. Heat at 50% power for 1 1/2 minutes, stir, and then heat at 30 second intervals until smooth.
  3. Add white melting chips to a microwave safe bowl. Heat at 50% power for 1 1/2 minutes, stir, and then heat at 30 second intervals until smooth.
  4. Arrange bowls of melted caramel, chocolate, and white chocolate onto large, rimmed platter. Place apple wedges, Oreos and marshmallows onto the platter. Nestle in small bowls of pretzels, M&Ms, and pistachios onto the board. Add optional chopsticks or skewers onto the board to use for dipping if desired.
