Easy Edamame

This easy edamame recipe uses frozen edamame and cooks up in about 5 minutes! It's the perfect snack or side dish for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen edamame in pods
  • 4 Tablespoons kosher salt
  • ½-1 teaspoon flaked sea salt for serving

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add kosher salt to a large pot of water and bring to a boil.
  2. Once boiling add the frozen edamame to the water. Cook until bright green and tender, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Drain and place edamame in a bowl. Sprinkle with flaked sea salt and serve warm.

Notes

  • Storage: Once cooked you can store any leftovers in an airtight sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
