This easy edamame recipe uses frozen edamame and cooks up in about 5 minutes! It's the perfect snack or side dish for any meal.

Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen edamame in pods
- 4 Tablespoons kosher salt
- ½-1 teaspoon flaked sea salt for serving
Instructions
- Add kosher salt to a large pot of water and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling add the frozen edamame to the water. Cook until bright green and tender, about 4-5 minutes.
- Drain and place edamame in a bowl. Sprinkle with flaked sea salt and serve warm.
