Ingredients

Family friendly version
  • 5 cups (1200ml) cranberry juice
  • 2 cups (480ml) pineapple juice
  • 2 cups (480ml) ginger beer
  • 25 ounces (750ml) sparkling apple cider
  • 2 oranges sliced
  • 2 lemons sliced
  • 1 cup (100g) whole cranberries
Grown up version
  • 5 cups (1200ml) cranberry juice

  • 25 ounces (750ml) dry white wine
  • 1 cup (240ml) dark rum
  • 2 oranges sliced
  • 2 lemons sliced

  1. Slice oranges and lemons and set aside.
  2. Combine cranberry juice, pineapple juice, ginger beer, apple cider in a large beverage dispenser or punch bowl. Stir to mix well.
  3. Add cranberries and fruit slices and stir.
  4. Serve over ice.
