Easy Fried Rice

This Easy Fried Rice recipe blends cooked rice with sautéed onions, peas, carrots, and scrambled eggs, seasoned with soy sauce and sesame oil for a savory, lightly textured dish. It utilizes day-old rice for a non-mushy, separated grain result, making it a practical, one-pan meal or side. The addition of green onions brightens flavor, and the balanced vegetables add subtle sweetness and color.

  • Adjust soy sauce quantity to control saltiness and flavor depth.
  • Adding green onions at the end adds freshness but is optional.
  • This dish reheats well and can be made in under 30 minutes.
