Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened to room temperature, I used full-fat, but Neufchatel or low-fat may also be used.
- 7 ounces marshmallow creme aka marshmallow fluff
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- fruit for dipping Fresh berries, oranges, apples, bananas, kiwi
- Other dippers try graham crackers, peanut butter cups, chocolate, marshmallows, cookies, nilla wafers, pound cake
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Next beat in the marshmallow creme, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
- Chill until ready to serve. Serve with your favorite fruits, crackers, chocolates, marshmallows or more. See notes and post for more options.

Notes
- A hand or stand mixer is not necessary, but it makes it easier to blend the ingredients. You could also use a whisk or a fork.

- Refrigerate - Keep leftovers of this tasty dip recipe in an airtight container for up to seven days. Before serving again, please give it a quick stir to fluff up the ingredients. The dip can be left at room temperature for about two hours.

- Berries - Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and more! For smaller berries and grapes, like blueberries, use skewers to make dipping easier!
- Tropical fruits - Flavorful pineapple, kiwi, and mangos are excellent options for dipping into this creamy fruit dip.

- Melons - Cantaloupe and watermelon and honey dew.
