Easy Garlic Butter Roasted Mushrooms

Juicy roasted mushrooms flavored with garlic, herbs and butter is the perfect easy side dish or served on toast for a speedy breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 750 g (1½lbs) mushrooms
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 6 garlic cloves finely chopped/crushed
  • pinch of chilli flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F.
  2. Place the mushrooms in a sheet pan.
  3. Pour over the melted butter then add the garlic, herbs, chilli flakes, lemon juice, salt and pepper. 
  4. Place the mushrooms in the oven and allow to roast for 10-15 minutes until the mushrooms are cooked through. Remove from the oven and serve.
