Easy Garlic butter sauce

This homemade garlic butter sauce recipe is super simple to make and absolutely irresistible. Perfect served over fish and seafood.x

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 4-6 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a small saucepan or frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the butter and allow to melt.
  3. Once melted, add the minced garlic, lemon juice and chopped parsley and cook for 1-2 minutes until the garlic has softened. Watch it closely as the garlic can quickly burn and become bitter.
  4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper then serve.
