Easy Garlic Parmesan Zucchini Noodles (Zoodles)
These Easy Garlic Parmesan Zucchini Noodles combine spiralized zucchini sautéed briefly with garlic in olive oil, then tossed with grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper. The result is a light, warm dish featuring crisp-tender zucchini strands with a subtle garlic and cheesy flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic minced, cloves
- 2 zucchini medium
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese grated
- salt to taste, Kosher salt
- black pepper to taste, Kosher salt
Instructions
- Slice the ends off the zucchini and place it on your spiralizer. Turn the spiralizer and create zucchini noodles.
- Heat the oil in a large pan on medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add the zucchini noodles and toss them for one minute, just to warm through, then turn off the heat.
- Sprinkle on the grated parmesan along with salt and pepper, give them another toss in the pan, then serve them up.
Notes
- Prepare zucchini noodles just before cooking to keep them firm and fresh.
- Use freshly minced garlic for best aroma and flavor release.
- Toss with Parmesan cheese off heat to prevent clumping and maintain creaminess.
- Adjust seasoning with kosher salt and black pepper to taste.
