Ingredients

  • 16 ounces spaghetti noodles
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook 16 ounces spaghetti noodles according to package directions. Rinse and drain.
  2. In a small bowl whisk ¼ cup soy sauce, ¼ cup rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, ½ teaspoon ground ginger, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, and 3 minced garlic cloves.
  3. Pour over hot noodles and toss to coat. Garnish with sesame seeds.
