Ingredients

  • 4 pounds red or green seedless grapes
  • 8 ounces plain greek yogurt
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Pecans

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Wash grapes, and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix yogurt, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla together.
  3. Fold in grapes.
  4. Sprinkle brown sugar and pecans on top.
  5. Serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to use.

Notes

  • Grapes: Feel free to use red or green grapes or a combination of the two.
  • Greek yogurt: You can use 0%, 2% or full-fat Greek yogurt. Sour cream (full-fat or lite) can also be used. I don't recommend using fat-free sour cream.
  • Cream cheese: Full-fat, reduced-fat, or Greek yogurt-style cream cheese will work. I don't recommend using fat-free.
  • Brown sugar: Light or dark brown sugar will work.
  • Pecans: Pecans can be omitted.
