Ingredients
- 2 lbs steak
- grape tomatoes
- pineapple cubes
For the marinade:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Trim steak and cut into strips about 4-6" long and 1/2" thick.
- Whisk together marinade ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Place steak strips into marinade, making sure to fully coat meat. Allow to rest in fridge for 10-15 minutes for meat to absorb the flavor.
- While steak marinates, chop pineapple into cubes, about 1" square. Wash and dry grape tomatoes.
- Spear steak strips lengthwise onto kabob skewers. Follow with a grape tomato and pineapple cube.
- Grill for 8-12 minutes, flipping skewers halfway through.
