Easy Ham and Swiss Stromboli

This meal is a triple threat. It's easy enough to be a side dish. But so good it will be the star of the table.

Ingredients

  • 1 (12.4 ounce) tube thin refrigerated pizza crust
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 6 ounces sliced ham
  • 6 ounces sliced swiss cheese
  • 6 sliced green onions
  • 6 pieces cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 beaten large egg
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Roll out 1 (12.4 ounce) tube thin refrigerated pizza crust on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Spread 3 tablespoons dijon mustard evenly on top.
  2. Add an even layer of 6 ounces sliced ham, 6 ounces sliced Swiss cheese and top with 6 sliced green onions and 6 pieces cooked and crumbled bacon. Roll the dough up and place seam side down on baking sheet.
  3. Brush with 1 beaten large egg and sprinkle the top with ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
