Ingredients

  • 2 (10 Ounce cans) cream of chicken or homemade cream of chicken
  • 8 ounce sour cream
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 cups cooked rice
Optional Toppings:
  • mandarin oranges
  • sliced olives
  • pineapple tidbits
  • green onion sliced
  • shredded cheese
  • diced tomatoes
  • Chow Mein noodles

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized saucepan over medium high heat add the cream of chicken, sour cream, and milk. Stir until heated through.
  2. Add I chicken, pepper and Italian seasoning. Cook for 3-5 minutes until heated through. Serve over rice and top with your favorite toppings.
