- 1 stick (4 ounces) butter melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1½ teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 21-ounce can Blackberry pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Pour the melted butter into an 8-inch square baking pan.
- Combine the milk, sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt to make a batter.
- Pour the batter over the melted butter. Do not stir.
- Pour or spoon the pie filling evenly over the batter. Do not stir.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, until the cobbler is bubbling and a crust has formed and browned.

Notes
- If you don't like blackberries you can substitute any other kind of canned fruit pie filling. Apple, blueberry, cherry, mixed berry, and peach are all great choices.
