Easy Homemade Salsa is what I've been told, "The best salsa ever!" The heat level of this salsa can easily be adapted to suit any taste buds, but you'll have to read on to learn what my secret ingredient is and why it makes this salsa easy and delicious!

Ingredients
- 1/2 yellow onion rough chopped
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 1 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
- 2 10oz cans Rotel (Original) drained
- 2 10oz cans Rotel (Hot) drained
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- For a smoother salsa: add all ingredients to a food processor and puree until smooth. For a chunkier salsa: add onion and garlic to food processor. Pulse until onion and garlic is broken down and not in big chunks, then add the Rotel, cilantro, salt & pepper, and pulse until ingredients are just combined.
- Serve or refrigerate for later. Enjoy!
