- 1 cup (227g) butter unsalted
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 orange juice and zest
Instructions
- Start by softening the butter for 30 seconds in the microwave.
- Add the zest and juice of one orange and honey, stirring to combine.
- Form the butter into a log shape and wrap in parchment paper. Or, tranfer to a mason jar and place inside the fridge.
- Before serving, allow the honey butter to come to room temperature.
