Easy Iced Lavender Matcha Latte Recipe
Beat the summer heat with an Iced Lavender Matcha Latte. This Starbucks copycat recipe is the perfect combination of floral and earthy flavors.

- 1 teaspoon matcha powder culinary-grade
- 1 cup oat milk
- sweetener optional, to taste
- 4 oz heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon Lavender syrup see notes for recipe
- 1/8 maqui berry powder optional, th teaspoon, for color
Instructions
Matcha
- Sift the matcha powder directly into your glass or small bowl.
- Add ¼ cup of the oatmilk and whisk with a milk frother or a matcha whisk until the matcha is dissolved. Continue to whisk while adding the remainder of the oatmilk.

Lavender Cream Cold Foam
- 3 In a separate small bowl or glass add the vanilla, lavender syrup and maqui berry powder (if desired) to the cream and blend with a milk frother for 3-5 minutes until cream thickens to a soft foam.
Assemble Iced Latte
- Add ice to the blended matcha in a tall glass, then spoon the lavender cream foam over the matcha. .
Notes
- Culinary-grade matcha is best for lattes. Ceremonial-grade matcha is a higher grade matcha and not meant for other ingredients to be added to it. These matcha varieties do not have added sugars. Starbucks matcha is made with sugar and ground green tea.
