Easy Instant Pot Korean Beef

Korean Beef cooked right in your Instant Pot is an easy filling dinner that is spiced with Korean flare!

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pounds stew beef
  • 2 cups frozen sliced onions and peppers can use fresh
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic 
  • 15 oz Bulgogi Sauce swap for teriyaki coconut aminos for keto
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch omit for keto
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • Cooked rice to serve with

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In your Instant Pot add ¼ cup of water.
  2. Next add in the beef, peppers and onions, garlic, and bulgogi sauce.
  3. Place the lid on your Instant Pot and set to seal.
  4. Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes. 
  5. Let natural release.
  6. Remove the lid and turn the pot to saute.
  7. Meanwhile mix together the tablespoon of cornstarch and the tablespoon of cold water.
  8. Add this to the beef and stir for 3-5 minutes. The sauce should slightly thicken.
  9. Serve over rice!
