Easy Instant Pot Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 52 oz Fat-Free Fairlife Milk half a gallon approx
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free Greek yogurt or Scandinavian Yogurt
  • 1 can Fat-Free Condensed Milk optional
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Remove the sealing ring of the instant pot (this step is completely optional) 
  2. Pour all the ingredients in the instant pot. Use a whisk to combine them
  3. Place the lid on the instant pot and press the YOGURT Button. The machine will work for 8 hours
  4. After the 8 hours are up, uncover, remove the inner bowl and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until chilled
  5. Enjoy!

Notes

  • If after chilling in the fridge yogurt appears lumpy, whisk vigorously.
