Easy Italian Chicken Marinade

Need an easy chicken recipe? Make this Italian Chicken Marinade. It is easy to make and tastes amazing! We like to grill it, but we have also broiled the chicken too.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the chicken in a storage bag or container.
  2. Cover the chicken with the Italian dressing and season with the pepper.
  3. Marinade for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator but I recommend marinading overnight.
  4. Grill or broil your chicken. You can easily double or triple this recipe.

Notes

  • For this marinade recipe, we prefer to grill the chicken, but you could broil it or even toss in the crockpot for an easy dinner.
